If you would like to book a tour, please fill in your personal details and select the number of tickets you would like to purchase. Required fields are indicated by the asterisk symbol (*).

Unless mentioned, our tours do not include client’s meals.

The listed price of the tours is total per person

All the tours start from Hotel Hospitality Desk

Although our countries are safe to travel, we avoid leaving the vehicle parked with the client’s belongings inside without the presence of the guide/driver.

There is no minimum age limit. If a child under 13 years of age is part of your tour group, we ask that you let us know during the reservation process, so that we can provide the necessary safety equipment according to local law and to ensure maximum safety.

Policies Reservations & Payments

You can make the payment at the time of reservation using your Visa or Mastercard. You can also do it by PayPal, or bank transfer.  For bank transfer the payment has to be made at least 2 weeks before the service starts.

All the reservations will be made through the online booking form.

Rates are in Euros (EUR) and include current VAT & all taxes.

All entered information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to TERRAEVENTS Destination Management. You will receive a confirmation email at the end of the booking process.

Cancellations

TERRAEVENTS has the right to cancel tours up to 48hours after reservation, committing itself to the total restitution of the amounts received.

If the number of participants is not reached TE DMC reserves the right to cancell the tour, the participants will be duly informed of the tours beeing operated at the same hours or when the tour will be operating.

TERRAEVENTS  will not charge cancellation if they take place until September 4th, 2021.

In case the cancellation occurs between 5th and 11th September, 60% of the total service price will be charged.

If the cancellation happens from 12th September onwards TERRAEVENTS , reserves the right to charge 100% of the cost of the service.
