The extraordinary begins! Welcome to the Spanish “Fiesta”!

We will start our journey with our Spanish Fiesta – Spanish Street Party

The arrival in Mallorca is always a reason for joy and for this reason we will receive guests with the joy of the Spanish Fiesta!!

“Fiesta” is the most important event in each neighborhood, town, village or city around Spain and typically commemorates an important event in its history or tradition, such as Main Square foundation.

The “Fiesta” has been celebrated since the 13th century and this festival is the meeting point of our local community. It meets annually in the surroundings of some common settings, the square, the coffee shop or the church. The concept of the “Fiesta” is the maximum identity expression of a community.

“Fiesta! has come to embody Spanish identity and represents the best chance of catching a glimpse of some of the region’s famous traditions: such as the Chorus Rociero, Flamenco dance, Malloquian Folklore, Artisans….

Another common sight at a district festivity is a neighbourhood lunch. The residents pull out their chairs and tables and share a long midday meal together.

Main objective is for guests to find interactive activities and shows during 2 hours, from arrival to the end.

In the main entrance and the balconies facing main entrance, first thing they will see, are beautiful Spanish Ladies (Majas)

At the time that they will get in and start walking around, guests will see different entertainments such as:
  • Beautiful belly dancers in the Arab area (The Arab influence in Spain left an indelible mark, the result of eight centuries of history in al-Andalus.)
  • Rocio Chorus & dancers (The choirs from Rocío are born from the fervor to Mª Santísima del Rocío, whose devotion dates back to the 12th century. Specialized in religious ceremonies, they base their repertoire on the fervor of the Virgin of El Rocío)
  • Mallorquian Folklore (The folklore of Mallorca is characterized by its elegant and ceremonious dances and its melodious songs)
  • Spanish artisans: castenets makers, embroidered shawls artisans, fan painters.
  • Locals walking around and doing their duties creating a Village ambience
  • Flamenco Performance
