Spanish Tapas Masterclass in an authentic Majorcan Manor House, a true jewel architecture and nature

Tapas are a significant example of our gastronomy and a delicacy that everyone can enjoy. This Tapas experience will make you discover how to prepare different tapas with the help of a Chef who will continuously advise you for an optimal result of the final creation.

Without a doubt, a fun and interactive moment with which you will learn a little more about our Spanish gastronomy.
During this event the creativity of the participants will be put to the test, giving the importance it deserves to each of the senses.

By different teams, they will “create” the different selected tapas, with care and delicacy, however, all of them will be tasted by the rest of the classmates at the final banquet.

Taste, touch, smell and shape will be some of the aspects to be assessed by both the Jury of the event and the participants themselves.

A Chef will advise the different teams on practical aspects of each “tapa” (assembly, presentation, seasoning…) with the sole objective that while we have a good time we delve into the magical and creative world of kitchen.

This masterclass offers an authentic and easy way to prepare this tasty selection of Spanish delights.

To end the experience you will be eating the menu you prepared complemented with great wines in this beautiful Majorcan manor house located in Camp de Mar (Andratx), a venue surrounded by spectacular gardens with the majestic Serra de Tramuntana in the background.
