Unfortunately, the tours not consider discounts for children.
No. Just keep a copy of the confirmation email on your cell phone.
Not all our tours are wheelchair accessible. If you have special requirements and wish to book a tour, please contact us and will be happy to provide a customised experience.
The payment is due at the time of reservation using your Visa or Mastercard, when you reach check out form after confirming your bookings to the cart.

All services will start from the lobby of your hotel, we would ask you to be there at least 10 minutes before the departure of the chosen tours. Our staff is duly identified with the name of the tours and will direct you to the correct transportation service.
Yes. We are experts in creating tailored made itineraries for our clients. One way we suggest our customers, is to take one of our already made itineraries and change it to your preferences OR You can also make one from scratch and we will help you to make it even more perfect.

The entrances to the monuments are not included. Not all the clients want to visit the same monuments. Meals are not included *. Each client has the freedom to choose where to eat their meal.

Our services are private and exclusive the AMBASSADOR CLUB EXOTIC guests. We do not join other guests that do not belong to the event in our services.
Whenever it is possible to park the car safely, the driver-guide will accompany the customers. In large cities or places with high tourism flow, where parking is unavailable, the driver-guide will drop off the clients in a place near the monument to be visited, will do all the explanation and information, and will set a time to pick them up again at the same place or another to be designated.
Our tours start in the hotel lobby regarding the drop off should you prefer to stay at a different place please do contact your driver-guide to verify if that is possible according to your requirements and itinerary previously established.
Our vehicles are all high comfort, equipped with air conditioning, for WIFI services you should ask your driver-guide if available and coordinates to be used, due to difference in coverage in different areas and vehicles we cannot guarantee full WIFI service.

Yes, it is possible to have a car or a minivan at your disposal. Rent one of our vehicles with a professional driver-guide, and have a worries-free travel in Portugal, or Portugal and Spain. All our vehicles carry bottled water and air conditioning. Use our email address and let us know your requirements/preferences. Our pleasure to be of assistance.
After completing the booking the amount paid will be returned less the administrative fee of 50%. If the cancellation is made from 15th September onwards TERRAEVENTS, reserves the right to charge 100% of the cost of the service
